At this time of Intensity on the planet my suggestion is remain calm, and dig a little deeper into compassion before you react to what ever is happening, especially now ....
As we approach the end of 2022. Pause for a moment take a deep breath and look at how far we have come.
In some cases this has been years of acknowledging and accepting the source of all life.... the remembering of the true " I AM ". While others are just beginning to question this, while facing the depths of despair is on the table now, the revelations are here...
Power is a false construct. And so what is truth you may ask?
There are those who are ready to help everyone come through this time of change with ease and grace, so reach out ....
Something of note from my yogic studies about the chakra's ... At this time understanding & balancing these 2 chakras is important... Simply put, unbalanced solar plexus= Reactive. Unbalanced Heart= cold, unkind.
The Solar Plexus Chakra, known as the Manipura Chakra in Sanskrit, is roughly translated to ‘City of Jewels’ and it is regarded as one of the most powerful chakras that has profound influences on our personal power. The Solar Plexus chakra represents our personal abilities and powers, and it influences both our personal and professional success. Unbalanced, it evokes feelings of superiority, and a right to disregard others.
The Heart Chakra, also known as the Anahata Chakra, is associated with the element of air within the body, and it has the most profound influence on our professional and personal relationships.
This chakra is denoted by the colour green, and if the heart chakra is weak and fragile, it can ruin our relationships with negative emotions, such as jealousy, envy, anger, distrust and wrath. The Heart Chakra impacts our sense of touch, and it is connected to several glands, including the lymph and thymus glands.
This has been a mixed year, for some, a difficult one and for others a clear seeing one... either way it is all good.
As we approach the end of 2022... The question is are we now able to see with new eyes?
Do we have a clearer picture of who we are ?
When these 2 chakra's are balanced & clear, it opens us up to this whole new view...
That there really is nothing to be fixed, it was all a story/ identity we took on to play the game of duality.
One recognises there is nothing at all.
That the world is really not outside us but inside us. And what you do to another you are really doing to yourself.
The New Aquarian Age is this understanding of Loving kindness, gentleness & compassion.
The underlying core of being is Bliss.
This beautiful verse from Rumi says it all...
"This place is a dream.
Only a sleeper considers it to be real.
Then death comes like dawn,
and you wake up laughing at what you thought was your grief ".
