Awakening is only the beginning...

I hope by sharing my experiences it helps others with the importance of integration after awakening... It took a few years after the initial heart awakening to marinate in the neutrality observing as the emotional body dissolved, it was intense, while alternately resting in the unknown before i was ready to be in the world. Back in the dualistic world I was also recognising the fatigue in the body after spending extended periods in density. I just needed silence. At the same time there was a new relationship. Little did i know there was more clean up that needed to take place, This relationship was a catalyst for understanding "energy field discernment" . Even though the neutralised emotional body helps to navigate the mental realm, there is still deeply repressed program's that start bubbling up to the surface, to be released. Here you don't try to fix the mental body with a mental construct, eg; psychology, or therapy. You remain in silence and feel everything. That's the difference, The feeling senses are turned on. The paradox is where empathy was once the sensitivity to navigate. Empathy now becomes your highest gift of discernment.

The mental body can be a tricky one, and requires presence, and dropping into feeling, in order to remain in the physical realm which is the realm of matter. It took a letting go of the do'er, the need to push away or pull things or situations towards oneself. Even the need for boundaries were gone. A responsibility to maintain an identity was gone. At this point it is easy to pick up a spiritual identity instead. But there are subtle traces of ego still left. Most times it comes as a need to share this truth to awaken others. But as I found out, ego's will resist this, because what you are mirroring is what the ego does not want to see.
