As a follow on from the last post...
Movement as presence sounds paradoxical but it is our true state ...
I noticed that what had opened was a subtle clarity of Now or Presence. After the dissolving of all resistance even perfectly innocent ways of how we react in any situation. What once was noise, chatter & constant need for validation even spiritual seeking, now becomes a quiet moment of response, ... an internal feeling of moment by moment what is calling to be taken care of, or what feels like next movement. Ones whole sensory tuning fork has turned inward to listen to the song, not just waiting for the crescendo, ie; what's next or something big is coming. Presence is I AM here now.
Presence as sensory being. It may simply be satisfaction in washing the dishes or joy watering the plants, or the smell of stewing fruit or delight in going for a walk, noticing how the leaves look transparent in the sunlight, it's the ordinary that now becomes extraordinary. It's simply colours, textures and shapes, and light moving through it all. Noticing that it is all just happening, without me the do'er wanting this or that.
Be-ing, notices these subtle sensations in the body are a shift from all identity to embodiment. Its like waking up from deep sleep and realising you were dreaming. Most people don't want this, they may want the ability to manifest a dream life scenario, but that's part of the early stages, the innocence of awakening.
This is a movement from head or conceptual awakening, to sensory feeling & knowing of heart awakening. Some like myself have also experienced the gut awakening (safety /survival aspect) this is intense. It's when radical surrender is called for. All grasping is futile. It is when the material concept of self & reality dissolve. It can be quite discombobulating. This part is not usually discussed, because no words adequately describe this stage. Let's just say one realises what truely is ... not as the next best thing, but as simply be-ing. You may have heard " nature is our greatest teacher" ... This is it... the trees don't compete with one another, they don't hold on to their leaves when winter comes. The Rose does not seek to be more beautiful than the next, no, they simply are ... And that is the resonance of authenticity ... There's no grasping, only the complete surrender to what is....
I hope this helps clarify some of the misconceptions and traps /paradoxes of awakening.
You may join me if authenticity & clarity is what you want as well.
Namaste 💜.
