Yoga in life...

Here i will explain how the teachings of the Yogic masters have stood for eons of time.

Their teaching is that the body is like a wave of the ocean, experiencing itself on the shore of earth (as form), but in our essence we are the ocean itself, vast, limitless, without boundaries, no beginning or end.


Yoga brings about progress which is in tune with nature, internal and external. Transcending the limitations of the body, while still being in body. To the ultimate recognition that one is the unified field of all existance itself.


Beginning with basic hatha yoga stretching & breathing (flexibility & stress release).

Deep breathing to reduce stress is pranayama. (sensing body awareness).

Circulating the breath through all chakra's is Kriya yoga. (purifying the energy centre's is the first step to mastery)

Flame or candle gazing is trataka (releasing mind)

Pulling up the energy from the root chakra

to the crown chakra is Kundalini yoga. (realising bliss)

Recognising the unified field of all existence is tantra yoga.


Concepts of Body . The five fold existance of human beings can be related to the above practices .

  1. Annamaya Kosa.

  2. Pranamaya Kosa

  3. Manomaya Kosa

  4. Vijnanamaya Kosa

  5. Anandamaya Kosa.
